Perhaps we've owned a vehicle longer than we would have liked to, or maybe we want to spark some excitement by offering fresh inventory at discount prices for a brief period of time. How do I register to bid?
Registration is simple. Simply fill go to the auction page and you will be asked to register if you are not already logged in.
How does the bidding process work?
You must be registered to bid. Bidding works in a progressive format. If the reserve is met, the rights to purchase the vehicle at the final auction price is awarded to the winning bidder
Are there auction fees?
No. All that is required is your contact information.
What happens after the auction ends?
Auction winners are required to complete a credit card authorization form. Your card is charged 1k in the form of a refundable deposit. Contact with the dealership is required within 24 hours of auction end, in the event contact is not made the deal is void.
Am I obligated to purchase the car if I am the winning bidder and the reserve is met?
Yes, to the extent that your membership will be revoked if you do not honor your winning bid. If there are extenuating circumstances from the dealership's side, then your membership will remain intact.
What if I have questions about the vehicle?
You can ask the dealer any question you'd like on the auction page. The dealer will get back to you as soon as possible.
